Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a graduate-level qualification and relevant experience working with children, particularly in educational or SEND settings. You should demonstrate a proactive, compassionate, and patient approach to supporting children's learning and development, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting Class Teachers: Assist class teachers in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students.
  2. Pupil Support: Provide individualized support to help pupils with SEND access the curriculum effectively.
  3. Interventions: Lead small group activities to promote learning, emotional well-being, and social development among students.
  4. Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment.
  5. Pastoral Care: Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere by offering guidance and encouragement to students.
