We are seeking an experienced and dedicated pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team. As a Responsible Pharmacist, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.

• **Lead the Pharmacy Team:** Provide leadership and support to a team of 4-5 support staff, including a non-Pharmacist manager (NVQ3 Qualified).
• **Operational Management:** Work closely with the manager to offer moral support and guidance, helping to maximize team performance and morale.
• **Patient Care:** Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• **Communication:** Engage in regular communication with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance service delivery.
• **Inventory Management:** Ensure the pharmacy remains well-stocked and manage inventory efficiently.

• **Pharmacy Experience:** Proven experience as a pharmacist, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
• **Leadership Skills:** Ability to provide effective support to a non-Pharmacist team lead.
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• **Registration:** Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
