Drainage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Specialist to join our client's expanding business in the southeast. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in excavation and reinstatement, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and premium service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Completing excavations, backfilling, and reinstatement tasks on hotel, school, and social housing contracts in Sussex, Surrey, and West Kent areas.
  
• Maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards throughout all projects.
  
• Working collaboratively with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  
• Contributing to the growth and development of the business by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Full UK driving licence.
  
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Groundworker.
  
• Excavator ticket (essential).
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  
• Reliable and flexible attitude.
