About the Role

At Bloor Homes, we are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in the Exeter Region. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for homebuyers and will be responsible for guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining knowledge of our products and their construction, as well as relevant local information and competitors
  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the sales process
  • Ensuring compliance with our Health and Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy
  • Initiating approaches to prospects and recording and following up on all visitors
  • Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy

  • Experience of sales in the new house building market
