Product Compliance Expert

About the Role

The Product Compliance Officer supports the team with all necessary administration to sell products in compliance with local regulations. You will be a confident and capable team player, skilled in product compliance, able to represent the Regulatory Compliance Team when required. With a can-do attitude, you are excited to upskill in new compliance areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Product Safety Team and External Safety Assessors to generate safety data
  • Register products with local authorities or support markets that register their own
  • Provide support and guidance to new members of the Product Compliance team, demonstrating confidence in responding to queries and giving advice to inventors, R&D, and other markets

You will also take the lead on new projects, stepping outside your comfort zone, showing confidence in communicating with other teams and connecting with different areas of the business. Communicate with regulatory authorities on queries, acting as a brand ambassador who communicates our values.

We are looking for someone with an appetite for learning and upskilling, including researching regulatory updates. Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience, including VBAs and macros, would be an advantage. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements is not essential but would be beneficial.
