Teaching Assistant Role

Milk Education is working with a Primary school in the L10 area to find a full-time Teaching Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the classroom.

This role involves working closely with students and the class teacher to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident in supporting students on a one-to-one and group basis, and will be able to contribute to the development of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with learning and development
  • Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Encouraging and supporting students
  • Being involved in the curriculum, including outdoor learning and PE
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for enabling every child to fulfill their potential
  • Be able to contribute to and work as part of a team
  • Be reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the school
  • Have previous experience working in an educational setting
  • Be a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic individual
  • Be able to work independently
  • Hold an education-related qualification (preferred but not essential)
