About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Funeralcare team as a Funeral & Memorial Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional end-of-life care and support to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide guidance and support to clients as they navigate the process of arranging a funeral or memorial service, ensuring that their individual needs and wishes are met.
- Funeral Arrangements: Coordinate and deliver funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders, and aftercare services with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect meets our high standards.
- Compliance and Quality: Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, internal KPIs, and industry regulations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of assurance and care.
- Community Engagement: Engage with local communities, promoting our End-of-Life Services and Southern Co-op brand, and building relationships that exceed client expectations.
- IT Literacy: Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Organisation and Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the role is executed with precision and care.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
