The role of an Agricultural Labourer involves working on a farm, assisting with various tasks such as spraying and herbicide application, carting and delivery of fruit, mowing, and shredding. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift heavy loads, and work well in a team environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £11.44 - £13.00 per hour, plus benefits such as on-site accommodation, family accommodation available, and weekly shopping trips to nearby supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spraying and herbicide application
• Carting and delivery of fruit
• Mowing and shredding
• Other general duties

Requirements:

• Rights to work in the UK
• Category B (Car) Driving License
• Spray Qualifications - PA1 & PA2 (Desirable)
• Good understanding of English
• Professional attitude and approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime available after 48 hours up to 60 hours per week.
