About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and compliance with signed contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance with signed contracts.
- Monitor service tickets and categorize priorities effectively.
- Conduct financial tasks such as invoice reconciliation, and identify potential discrepancies.
Working Hours and Benefits:
You will work in a bright, open-plan office environment in a supportive team of five. After completing training, you can enjoy hybrid working flexibility, including remote work two days a week.
Salary and Perks:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, which is equivalent to £1,042 per week. Additionally, you will enjoy an early finish every Friday, giving you more time to relax and recharge. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

- Previous experience working in the IT or telecoms sector.
