Job Title: Mobile Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Interaction - Northampton.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with plant equipment. They will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our team to ensure efficient operations and support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and develop and maintain technical documentation and records.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus overtime @ enhanced rate. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000-£38,000, depending on experience.
