Mobile Digital Product Owner

Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom Aviva Full time
Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at Aviva. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering a brilliant mobile experience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on our multi-year app consolidation program into the MyAviva app. You will play a key role in owning, shaping, and delivering an ambitious backlog, while monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing digital experiences that offer self-service value to millions of customers.

About the Role:

You'll be working closely with digital disciplines and delivery teams to ensure digital product changes go live successfully for customers. A strong data-driven mindset is essential, as you will be responsible for demonstrating the business and customer benefits generated through these changes. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new features and customer journey optimisation opportunities, driving work items for development into product backlogs, and supporting prioritisation decisions.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in managing digital product roadmaps, delivering mobile applications, and having excellent communication and presentation skills. You'll also need to be able to effectively use data to identify customer experience and business value enhancement opportunities, and measure and report on outcomes. Additionally, you'll need a collaborative approach to working with digital disciplines to design and deliver high-performing and accessible digital products. Finally, you'll need the ability to translate business requirements into digital product solutions and articulate delivery plans and progress to stakeholders.

What We Offer:

As an Aviva colleague, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, bonus opportunity, generous pension scheme, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and discounts on Aviva products. You'll also have the opportunity to make a difference through our Aviva Communities program and use your 3 paid volunteering days to help others. We take your wellbeing seriously and offer a range of support and tools to help you thrive in your role.

About Us:

We're an inclusive employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences. We're committed to equality and diversity in the workplace and offer flexible working arrangements to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working, combining the benefits of flexibility with time together with colleagues. We interview every disabled applicant who meets the minimum criteria for the job and are committed to making a difference in our communities.
