About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our team. As a Utilities Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting estimators with project administration, handling various aspects of project coordination, and creating applications to relevant utility companies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Assisting with preparing estimates for utility construction projects, gathering data, performing research, and completing application forms to DNOs (Distribution Network Operators).
  • Completing land searches and creating precise location boundaries for Multi-Utility Estimators.
  • Calculating load required for residential & commercial developments to complete applications to IDNO's for Asset Values.
  • Tracking project timelines and milestones through our soft CRM system Salesforce, ensuring schedules are adhered to.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system is advantageous.
