Culinary Specialist

The Laundry is a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Brixton, inspired by classic European bistros and influenced by the travel adventures of its owners. Our menu is founded on traditional cooking with a focus on quality ingredients.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen team, working closely with our head chef to prepare and cook dishes to a high standard. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has excellent cooking skills, and can work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including staff meals, uniform, and training opportunities.

2. Working closely with the head chef to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
3. Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment
