Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Manager at Knight Electrical Switchgear. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our production, goods-in, dispatch, and stores operations.

You will lead a team of over 20 staff members, influencing others to ensure the manufacturing plan is up-to-date and achievable. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others will be crucial in driving the success of our production team.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
