Business Development Manager

We are a rapidly growing corporate customer service department looking for experienced Customer Service Account Executives to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate customers, ensuring their interactions with our business meet the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of corporate customers, building strong relationships through excellent attention to detail and proactive communication.
- Work closely with customers over the phone, via email, and video-call, adapting your style to meet changing circumstances and demands.
- Use reporting and analysis to provide customer insights, becoming a subject matter expert in order to fully service an account.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
