We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our small animal practice in the Reading area of Berkshire. Our practice is a growing and successful team with high-quality equipment and a varied caseload.
Key Highlights:- Excellent full-time opportunity working 38 hours a week over 4 or 5 days with 1 in 4 weekend rota and no OOH.
- Practice is growing and successful with high-quality equipment including; digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house lab, tonometer, and Surgivet etc.
- Varied caseload with a nice mix of consultations and surgery.
- Practice encourages and supports further learning.
- Join an experienced 3 Vet team with a certificate holder in exotics and one currently working towards a certificate in medicine.
- CPD funding and certificates supported.
- Well-located in the Reading area surrounded by beautiful countryside with London and Bristol only a short train ride away.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Registered with the RCVS.
- Good routine surgical and medical skills.
- Salary to £65,000.00 per annum (depending on your experience).
- Relocation package up to £5K.
