About the Role

As Wasserman Media's VP of Global Sustainability Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive environmental sustainability across the organization. Based in London, you will be part of the Global Impact Team, working closely with stakeholders to achieve our commitments and targets related to environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes to reduce environmental impact.
  • Formulate objectives, goals, and strategies collaboratively with stakeholders across all business units.
  • Support the development of our sustainability and annual reporting initiatives.
  • Manage external Impact (ESG) reporting and disclosure activities, ensuring transparency and quality.
  • Implement best practices in corporate, ethical, and social responsibility.
  • Identify gaps in sustainability and environmental performance, creating action plans to address these.
  • Deliver issue-specific strategies for sustainable supply chain engagement, transition planning, modern slavery, and biodiversity.
  • Assure compliance with new sustainability regulations and requirements.
  • Promote awareness of emerging sustainability issues.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of sustainability challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of best-in-class sustainability, sourcing, and procurement practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
