We design, develop, and manufacture an unrivalled range of advanced helicopters, rotary wing technology, and mission-critical systems. Our helicopters are used extensively in civil and military roles worldwide, with primary operations in the UK, Italy, Poland, and the USA.

Programme Description

In conjunction with the Engineering Management Team and the Early Careers Team, you will have the opportunity to input into the design of your training scheme, including placements that give an insight into the complete Helicopter Product Life Cycle. Typically, your placements will consist of 3-6 month rotations across the Engineering department, potentially including a placement within Customer Training. The graduate scheme will give you the opportunity to build on your technical knowledge and develop soft skills through opportunities that a direct entry position may not be able to offer.
