Job Title: Airfield Engineering Asset Project Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work with our client at their site in Devonport on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have worked in the civil engineering, aerospace, defence, or wider engineering industries.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Design Authorities to develop effective processes
  2. Facilitate internal audits (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  3. Provide weekly progress reports
  4. Process Lot 3 demands
  5. Investigate and develop the use of Power BI for reporting Government Furnished Equipment
  6. Assist in the development of the document hub
  7. Collaborate with waterfront Design Authorities to create maintenance schedules
  8. Research new methods for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
  9. Support the development of the Primavera P6 planning tool
  10. Enhance efficiencies in handling Portable Submarine Support Equipment
  11. Participate in continuous improvement activities, including benchmarking and 5S
