About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Chef to join our team at HC-One. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the First Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals
  • Manage food stock and inventory
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
