At Deichmann, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in our Blackburn store. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
  • Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
  • Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
  • Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.

Personal characteristics we're looking for include:

  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
  • The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
  • High levels of attention to detail.

Salary/Pay: up to \u00a311.64 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.
