About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Homecare Nurse to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to individuals with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with oncology conditions, including chemotherapy, bloods, toxicity assessments, and other related treatments.
  • Work autonomously, managing your own workload and itinerary, while maintaining effective communication with the clinical team and other stakeholders.
  • Travel extensively between patients, utilizing your own vehicle and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest treatments and best practices.
