F1 Arcade has revolutionized the traditional arcade experience by introducing the first-ever Formula 1 entertainment and hospitality concept. Our venues offer a unique, immersive, and state-of-the-art F1 racing simulation experience for a mass audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our bespoke F1 simulators using our proprietary management system.
  • Support the in-venue team to troubleshoot technical issues with ePOS, PDQ's, printers, and AV equipment.
  • Collaborate with our MSP (IT Provider) to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Effectively manage time throughout the shift to ensure all technical checks are completed.
  • Communicate new or ongoing issues to the management team throughout the day.
  • Serve as the voice between departments, ensuring product updates are disseminated effectively.
  • Prioritize guest safety; complete daily checks and checklists.
  • Positioned as the technical expert and approachable member of the team.
  • Conduct thorough handovers at the beginning and end of every shift to ensure seamless communication.

About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10 issues, remote desktop knowledge, rFactor 2, and racing simulator hardware. Familiarity with JIRA Service Desk, Datto, Spiceworks, Notion, and Teams is an advantage.

A passion for F1, eSports, and racing games is essential. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
