Administrative Support Associate

We are looking for an administrative support associate to join our team at Turnberry Holiday Park Limited. This is a part-time role, working 3 days a week, and requires someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. As an administrative support associate, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a strong ability to multitask, are able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of administrative procedures, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative duties on Park Vision as agreed with the Holiday Sales Manager
- Provide information services on park activities, facilities, and local services and attractions
- Provide an efficient reservations service to all resident guests
- Operate the Park telephone system
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures
