Appliance Service Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across Hampshire, Greater London, Surrey, and West Sussex.
As an Appliance Service Technician, you will work on a wide range of white goods appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, and ovens. You will diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance, and provide excellent customer service to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving company van and managing own day effectively
- Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods in customers' homes
- Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances
- Building up our reputation as a home services expert
You will need:
- Proven experience in White Goods repairs
- Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1)
- To love that feeling when you've delivered for a customer
