As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth within our existing customer base by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing the adoption of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of our products and services within the current customer base.
- Assist with the development and execution of strategic plans to drive revenue growth from existing accounts.
- Regularly communicate with existing customers to provide updates on new products, features, and services.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from current customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
- Assist the Commercial Manager and Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Account Manager to align on account strategies and ensure seamless hand off of identified opportunities.
- Create and manage customer development plans.
- Track and analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for growth.
- You will ideally need previous B2B experience.
- You will be a logical, problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- You will be comfortable in a face-to-face setting and have good presentation skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
- 22 days holiday plus banks.
- Access to wellbeing services.
- Full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5pm.
- Free parking.
