About the Job at OrionWe are collaborating with a well-established business to recruit a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer. The primary focus of this position is to maintain and service plant and production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the maintenance team to ensure effective equipment operation and minimize downtime.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving business growth and success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct the maintenance team.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including ongoing professional development opportunities, a comprehensive training program, and a contributory pension scheme.
