Job Title: Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for leading the cost management function on large-scale projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated, planned, and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Lead a team of cost managers to deliver high-quality cost management services
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure cost management services meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost management
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services on large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
