**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Food Preparation Specialist to join our team, responsible for:
• Preparing high-quality sandwiches and platters, meeting customer expectations
• Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and inventory management
• Operating the tills efficiently and accurately, managing cash handling and sales transactions
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to health and safety standards

**Requirements:**
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Previous experience within the hospitality or retail industry is preferred, but not mandatory
• Certifications or equivalent qualifications in the food industry are desirable but not essential

**Benefits Package:**
• Competitive salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Experience Requirements:**
• 1 year of food preparation experience, with a focus on quality and presentation
• 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional experiences
