At Camp Beaumont, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our management team as a Camp Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for children. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional day camp programs and ensuring the well-being of all our young camp members.
About the Role:
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3-14 years. You will be the person that everyone at camp looks up to for motivation, support, and direction. To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is over 18 years old, available to work during school holidays, and a UK/EU citizen with the necessary right to work documents. You should have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (early years, QTS/PGCE) or be studying towards a relevant childcare qualification. Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team is essential.
What We Offer:
As a Camp Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment, leading and delivering a variety of engaging sports and craft activities. You will enjoy your weekends off, with our camps running Monday to Friday. We offer competitive rates of pay, a comprehensive training and induction program, and a refer-a-friend scheme where you can earn £100 for every friend you refer. We also prioritize your personal and professional growth, providing opportunities for progression through continuous learning and development.
Hourly Rate: £15.30 to £19 per hour* Hourly rate includes holiday pay.
Requirements:
