Join Our Team as a Night Lead

We're looking for a talented Night Lead to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Night Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our night shift team and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our night shift team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and coordinate the night shift operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact the smooth operation of the store
