We are seeking an experienced Technical Draughtsman and Production Supervisor to join our team in Northern England. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our Defence and Weapons Systems Company and contribute to the development of new technologies.

As a Technical Draughtsman and Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions, managing resources, and overseeing technical documentation. You will also develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a team of Draughtsmen Engineers, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Deliver technical documentation, including drawings, models, and other technical outputs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or experience within engineering.
  • Expertise in drawing standards, engineering, and quality standards.
  • Experience in 3D and 2D CAD modelling, assembly, and drawing.
  • Knowledge of configuration management and revision control.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. **Please note that this salary estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.**
