About the Role:
The Landmark Hotel London Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team. As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, back of house areas, and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas, and offices, carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Assist with deliveries for the department, including taking receipt of orders, checking for accuracy, and storing items.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance problems to management and request stock as needed.
- Undertake and assist in the training of new starters, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
