Job Summary:

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Specialist to join our team. As a Multi Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling tasks as required
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in good condition
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in residential maintenance and repair
• Good social skills and ability to work with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and ability to use company vehicle
