Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Lead - Retail to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing the retail marketing strategy and plans that elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and excellent creative skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the retail marketing strategy and plans to elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Retail Senior Leadership Team to understand business objectives and develop marketing strategies that align with them.
  • Leading and inspiring a developing retail marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with the wider enterprise marketing team, product, technology, sales, and sales enablement to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth, and building on these insights to drive business growth.
  • Managing budgets and providing regular reports and insights to demonstrate strong ROI.
  • Ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing, and a diploma in turning ideas into marketing marvels.
  • Fluent in the language of digital marketing and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent ability to influence business decisions.
  • A self-starter with a dash of individual skill, a sprinkle of creativity, and a truckload of tenacity.
  • Exceptional writing skills and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively.
