About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced transport operations manager to join our team at Omega Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will have a robust management style and a strong focus on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all reporting is completed on time and to a high standard.
2. Oversee the compliance of all drivers, both PAYE and ISP, with PDA usage.
3. Proactively review the service job by job to identify areas for improvement.
4. Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a 1-hour unpaid break. The contractual hours are 45 hours per week.
