Quality Assurance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development of automated testing frameworks and processes.

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Trust In SODA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our industry-leading products, including lighting control, LED video processing, and motion control solutions.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development of automated testing frameworks and processes.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify system requirements and ensure high-quality code.
  • Maintain and optimize test environments to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure maximum test coverage.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in test automation engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with BDD and Gherkin syntax.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
