Anderselite LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Liaison and Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Design Development and Investigation: Collaborate with the design team to develop and investigate production specifications, creating 3D models and 2D drawings as required.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with the design team, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- BIM Responsibilities: Work with the BIM manager to develop project strategies, create Archicad objects, and attend clash detection meetings as required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess good knowledge of technical and construction information, computer literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Disposition: Be a highly motivated and flexible self-starter with a keen eye for design and detailing, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Education: Relevant qualifications and experience in architectural technology or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Archicad, good knowledge of technical and construction information, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Personal Qualities: Highly motivated and flexible, with a keen eye for design and detailing, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
