We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with acquired brain injuries in their own homes and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily living tasks in their own homes
- Accompany clients to appointments and activities in the community
- Drive clients using a full UK driver's license
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's license
