Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our dynamic team at Spire Wellesley. Job Description

This is a part-time role covering 30 hours per week, working on a rota. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years scrub experience, be NMC/HCPC registered, and possess excellent patient care skills. We prefer our theatre staff to be as multi-skilled as possible, so ideally you will be able to work across scrub, anaesthetics, and/or recovery.

  2. Contribute to the efficient running of the theatres, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  3. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve seamless patient journeys
  4. Maintain accurate records, adhering to relevant policies and procedures
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and advances in the field
