About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Expert to join our team at Brightwork Ltd. As an Asset Uptime Specialist, you will be responsible for safely carrying out planned, reactive, and emergency work scopes to maximise plant and equipment uptime.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering and be able to apply this knowledge to drive data-led decision-making. This will involve collating and assessing maintenance information, as well as entering required data into our CMMS system accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong team ethic and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge and experience of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Ramification Analysis (RA)
  • Natural attention to detail and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to problem solve and proactively address issues without guidance
  • HNC in Engineering Practice or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
