We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a General Assistant. This role will involve providing high-quality cleaning services for our accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily cleaning services for communal areas and void properties
  • Conduct weekly service cleaning of occupied properties
  • Identify and report any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Organise stores on site and carry out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary
  • Perform other general tasks as required by management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • Practical experience in operating cleaning machinery
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and work on own initiative
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
