The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and liaising with couriers.
- Coordinate staff diaries and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office, such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, and maintaining meeting rooms.
Requirements
- A flexible and self-motivated individual who can use their initiative.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to build relationships and feel like a key member of the team.
