Quality Assurance Manager

About This Role
Energizer Holdings is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our Auto Care business in ensuring the outstanding quality of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and improving our quality systems, managing a staff of quality technicians, and contributing to new product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead a team of quality technicians in conducting quality control inspections and testing to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure acceptable quality of raw materials and components.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or quality-related studies.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management of manufactured products.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
