Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive pay rate of £24 - £32 per hour (via Umbrella) and flexible working hours.

Job Description:

As a Locum Pharmacist, you will be responsible for conducting medication screening for outpatient prescriptions, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

  1. Conduct medication screening for outpatient prescriptions
  2. Ensure the safe and effective use of medications
  3. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
  4. Provide professional advice and support on medicines management
  5. Ensure compliance with GPHC and hospital standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a newly qualified or GPHC registered pharmacist with community pharmacy experience or hospital pharmacy exposure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, and be motivated and eager to expand their hospital pharmacy experience.
