We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at LIMA Networks LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal financial controls and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future business performance under various scenarios.
- Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of the annual financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP, manage the statutory accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Analyse processes and financial records to identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance.
- Support risk management activities by identifying potential risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
- Support mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and due diligence.
- Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent UK accounting certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial control and financial planning and analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Sage, Dynamics).
- A competitive salary in the range of £45,000 - £55,000.
