Exciting Opportunity at One Stop Scouting

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Production Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of our clothing and other products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and create high-quality images for our clothing and other products using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Manage and produce the print of transfers for clothing and other products.
  • Lead and manage our embroidery and production team, assigning and managing their daily tasks and ensuring a good quality of work.
  • Assist with customer artwork and create any requested proofs for their approval.
  • Manage and record all production tasks for future repeat orders.
  • Manage the creation of customer embroidery designs.
  • Create product images for our website pages in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Requirements:
  • Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • General knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
