Job Title: Male Caregiver

About the Role:
This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support to a gentleman with Paranoid Schizophrenia and Learning Disabilities. He requires assistance 24/7, enabling him to live independently and pursue his interests in outdoor walks, cooking, and building Lego sets.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored care plans to support the individual's physical and emotional needs
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement risk assessments and complex care plans
* Foster a supportive environment, encouraging independence and participation in activities
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and challenges faced

Requirements:
* Relevant social care experience, preferably in mental health settings
* Proven ability to work with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
