Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:

  • Support students with autism and SEMH needs in a special needs school
  • Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to meet the individual needs of students
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group work to help students achieve their academic and personal goals
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs
