Military Welfare Support Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who have served our country. As a Welfare Officer, you will provide essential support to the armed forces community, helping them access medical welfare resources in hospitals across Birmingham.

The St John and Red Cross Defence Medical Welfare Service has been providing medical welfare support for over 80 years. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that those who need it most receive the care and support they deserve. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering this critical service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the Armed Forces Community in accessing medical welfare resources.
  2. Building relationships with healthcare professionals and community services.
What We're Looking For:
  • A fully qualified driver with access to a vehicle.
